Every bike is professionally assembled, tuned, and tested before shipping. It is then partially disassembled and packed for shipping. Some assembly is required upon arrival. We recommend professional assembly or having a professional check your work. Damage caused during assembly makes the bike ineligible for return.
We charge a flat rate for bike shipping. See the rates here. Most bikes ship within 1 business day, with transit times of 3–7 days.
Returns are within 14 days if the bike is unused, in like-new condition, and in original packaging. Once ridden outside, bikes are non-returnable. Details here.
