Every bike is professionally assembled, tuned, and tested before shipping. It is then partially disassembled and packed for shipping. Some assembly is required upon arrival- We recommend professional assembly or having a professional check your work. Damage caused during assembly makes the bike ineligible for return.

Returns are within 14 days if the bike is unused, in like-new condition, and in original packaging. Once ridden outside, bikes are non-returnable- Details here.
